for the reason of your visit in order to plan the consultation time. If you prefer to keep the reason for your consultation private, you can simply indicate this. <\/span>The appointment time is 15 minutes. If you have a complex complaint or several complaints, please make a double appointment. For urgent matters, the assistant will make an appointment on the same day. For less urgent matters, she will schedule an appointment on the same day if possible, but if it is busy, it can also be on another day.
