It has been the most frequently asked question in recent months: “Where will your new practice be located Doctor”/ And so I can finally make a celebratory announcement: this will be the new practice! The practice is located on the Estrada da Galé, Sesmarias, Albufeira (between the Marina and Galé). Next to the recently opened W Algarve hotel. And although I am grateful to HPA for allowing me to temporarily practice with them, I am looking forward to being able to continue in my own independent practice again! There are still some adjustments to be made to the premises to (be allowed to) function as a GP practice. The plans are already finalised (including an artist impression above) and it promises to be a beautiful, small, personalised practice! Unfortunately, I cannot give an opening date yet, as we too are at the mercy of the Portuguese contractor and the availability of staff and materials. But I hope to move in within a few months.
